Do you have a returns policy?
We hope you love your new Jewellery but if you would like to return it, we accept returns/exchanges up to 14 days after delivery. The Jewellery must be returned in its original condition and with proof of purchase. We will only accept returns/exchanges on items bought directly from www.goldlustldn.com or from an authorised retailer for Goldlust LDN. Do you make custom pieces?
Whilst we cannot guarantee a custom piece, please get in contact at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and we will endeavour to fulfil where possible.
Does my purchase come with a warranty policy?
Goldlust LDN is manufactured to strict quality control guidelines that ensure customer satisfaction with all Jewellery. Our Jewellery has a one-year warranty cover from the date of purchase to replace manufacturing faults free of charge. Please retain your receipt for warranty.
There is no warranty coverage for Jewellery which is lost or stolen. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under warranty.
How long do discount codes last?
Unless stated otherwise all Goldlust LDN codes that are shared an expiry date of 3 months from issue.
